The Tandag Suburb District Adventist Youth Ministry unites the young people of the Seventh-day Adventist churches of the Tandag suburb district in worship, study, and mission.
Our mission
To lead young people to Jesus and to send them out for Him
We exist to bring the youth of our district into a saving relationship with Jesus Christ, to nurture them in the Word, and to mobilize every one of them for soul-winning service in their homes, schools, and barangays.
Our vision
An active, praying youth ministry in every church
We envision a district where every congregation has a thriving Adventist Youth society and Pathfinder club, where young people lead in evangelism, and where the Advent hope is proclaimed throughout Tandag City and Surigao del Sur.
Our ministries
Six ways we serve
Every ministry of TSDYM flows from one purpose — to make disciples for the coming Kingdom.
Our Evangelism Ministry
Public campaigns, small-group Bible studies, literature distribution, and personal witnessing across the suburb district — carrying the three angels' messages to every home.
Youth Ministry
Adventist Youth societies in every church, discipling teens and young adults through worship, leadership training, music, and mission projects.
Pathfinder
Our Pathfinder clubs build character in junior youth through honors, drills, camping, nature study, and service — teaching them to love God and love people.
Community Outreach
Feeding programs, medical and dental missions, clean-up drives, and family visitation that show the compassion of Christ in practical ways.
Spiritual Growth
Daily devotion, prayer bands, Ten Days of Prayer, Bible reading plans, and mentoring that root young people deeply in Scripture.
Fellowship & Care
A family of believers where every young person is known, prayed for, encouraged, and given a place to serve.
